Couples counselling is $200 for 60 minutes. Individual counselling is $175 for 60 minutes. An initial 15-minute consultation is free.

No. You can seek support when you feel disconnected, when disagreements repeat or when you want to work on your marriage before concerns grow.
Can we talk about parenting and household responsibilities?
Yes. We can discuss how responsibilities, expectations and decisions affect your relationship. The focus is on your relationship as partners.
Will counselling tell us whether to stay married?
Counselling gives you space to understand your concerns and options. Decisions about your marriage remain yours; a particular outcome is not promised.
Can I attend from Ajax?
Yes. Appointments are virtual by Zoom or phone, from a private space in Ajax or elsewhere in Ontario. For video sessions, partners can join from separate private locations within Ontario.
