Who’s behind it
I’m a husband and father, and I understand that relationships can be complicated. I keep counselling practical, relatable and focused on useful next steps.
I created Get Supportive Counselling because relationship counselling should go beyond theory. It should feel modern, relatable and practical enough to use in real life.

My approach draws on the Gottman Method, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). We’ll look at the patterns behind your concerns and work toward changes you can use in daily life.
I have over 14 years of experience in social work and counselling. My work in the court system has included supporting people through separation, conflict, and parenting arrangements. At Get Supportive Counselling, I focus on helping individuals and couples understand each other more deeply and find ways to move forward.
