The problem it solves
When concerns are left unresolved, it can become harder to approach each other with openness. We explore the recurring pattern, make room for both perspectives and practise ways to raise concerns without losing sight of the relationship.
We work on understanding each other and choosing practical responses you can use outside your sessions.
