Does affair recovery mean we have to stay together?
No. Infidelity counselling can support repair or clearer decision making. It does not require or guarantee reconciliation.
Is trust repair only for infidelity?
No. Trust can also be affected by secrecy, repeated broken agreements, emotional distance and other experiences.
Can I attend infidelity counselling alone?
Yes. Individual counselling can help you work through an affair or trust concerns from your own perspective.
Can I book if I searched for infidelity counseling near me?
Yes. Appointments are online across Ontario by Phone or Video (Zoom). No physical office visit is required.
How quickly can trust return?
There is no fixed timeline. The work depends on the situation, the impact and the consistency of change.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and include a brief reason. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
