Can Get Supportive Counselling Direct Bill Manulife?
Yes, Get Supportive Counselling can attempt to submit eligible claims through Manulife Provider eClaims. If approved, you pay the uncovered balance. If eClaims is unavailable or declined, you receive a detailed receipt to submit through your Manulife account.

Manulife states that regulated social workers can submit Provider eClaims in provinces where the profession is regulated. Your plan must still cover that provider type.
Does direct billing mean the full fee is covered?

Can I check whether a provider uses eClaims?
